Originally a modest ranch home, this project was envisioned as a full-scale transformation that would preserve key elements of the existing structure while dramatically expanding its functionality and presence. Built upon the original foundation, the home is being reimagined through a thoughtful rebuild that blends strategic reuse with substantial new construction.

The scope includes a new attached garage addition, a spacious primary suite expansion, and an entirely new second floor that significantly increases the home’s livable square footage. Together, these additions convert the original single-story footprint into a layered, modern family home designed for long-term living.

Throughout the design process, multiple exterior concepts were explored to study proportion, materiality, rooflines, and curb appeal. The rendering options shown represent several of the visual directions considered as the architecture evolved toward its final form.

Now under construction, the project reflects the power of renovation as an alternative to starting over—retaining the site’s existing foundation while creating a home that feels entirely new.
