We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to provide field leadership, coordination, and quality oversight across our residential and commercial projects. This individual will regularly move between active jobsites, assess progress and upcoming needs, direct crews and subcontractors, and help execute project schedules. The ideal candidate can maintain awareness of multiple projects while responding quickly when a site needs immediate attention. At least five years of relevant construction experience is required; that experience does not need to be in hands-on trade work. This role focuses on field management and works closely with Project Management on issues affecting scope, cost, schedule, and client commitments.
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman to organize daily jobsite activities, direct field crews, coordinate trades, and maintain quality and safety while actively participating in construction work. Our construction division self-performs sitework, excavation, foundations, framing, and general carpentry. This role requires the ability to independently read and interpret site/civil, architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate field work with the project team. We place greater emphasis on demonstrated trade experience and sound construction judgment than on a specific number of years in the industry.
We are seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful coordinator to help strengthen Emerald’s visibility and keep prospective clients engaged from their first inquiry. This role combines ownership of our marketing calendar and lead follow-up with administrative support and varied company initiatives. The ideal candidate can carry tasks through independently, communicate professionally, and adjust priorities as needs change. Company leadership will remain involved in project selection, pricing, and final sales decisions.
