The church at 188 North Oxford is coming back to life! Emerald Design Build is leading the renovation of a 6,500 sq. ft. former church, transforming the space into a modern, code-compliant place of worship and community gathering. The redesign includes a larger sanctuary, multiple classrooms for youth programs, expanded restroom facilities, and a full utility upgrade to support increased occupancy. A newly added second floor accommodates office and conference spaces for church leadership. This adaptive reuse project preserves the spirit of the original building while creating a more functional and welcoming environment for the community.
