Located within Manchester’s historic district, the renovation of 290 Granite Street reimagines the former Granite Theater as a vibrant new food destination while celebrating the character of the original building.

The design preserves the building’s distinctive masonry façade and marquee-inspired presence while introducing refreshed signage, lighting, modernized interiors, and upgraded building systems to support its new use. By adapting the former theater into a burrito and breakfast concept, the project gives new life to a historic structure and creates an active neighborhood gathering place.
